About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavior Support Specialist at SESI Schools. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Support: Work closely with students to reinforce learning and provide individualized support to help them achieve their academic goals.
  • Behavior Management: Utilize evidence-based strategies to manage student behavior, including de-escalation techniques and crisis management.
  • Documentation and Progress Tracking: Accurately document student progress and growth towards academic, social, and emotional goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma required; College experience and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Experience working with youth preferred.
