We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process, and coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to promote the achievement of clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Licensure or other certifications: Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
- Educational Requirements: Associate Nursing Degree Required.
- Minimum Experience: One (1) year of experience as a professional RN.
- Preferred Experience: Long Term Care: One (1) year experience.
- Preferred Licensure or other certifications: National certification in clinical specialty as eligible.
- Preferred Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Nursing Degree.
- Weight Lifted: Up to 100 lbs, Occasionally 0-30% of time.
- Weight Carried: Up to 50 lbs, Occasionally 0-30% of time.
- Vision: Moderate, Frequently 31-65% of time.
- Kneeling/Stooping/Bending: Frequently 31-65%.
- Standing/Walking: Frequently 31-65%.
- Pushing/Pulling: Frequently 31-65%.
- Intensity of Work: Frequently 31-65%.
