About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System, Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process, and coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to promote the achievement of clinical outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research, and apply evidence-based knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Licensure or other certifications: Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
  • Educational Requirements: Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
  • Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of RN experience – Demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred Licensure or other certifications: BSN.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous specialty experience preferred.
