At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

This role is ideal for a compassionate and dedicated nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You will work closely with patients and their families to develop personalized care plans, ensuring that their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing medical procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current health status, and treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies that enhance patient care.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $50,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
