Skilled Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering direct care to patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc., as directed. Your daily responsibilities will include providing compassionate patient care, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. You should also be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and exhibit a positive attitude towards patients.
The ideal candidate will have a High school diploma or equivalent, a graduate of a State-approved CNA program, and currently registered/licensed in applicable State. One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred, as well as CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. We offer a competitive salary, including a $2 shift differential for evenings and nights, and a comprehensive benefits package.
