Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and colleagues.

As a graduate of an accredited college of Nursing and a Licensed LPN in the State of Colorado with a current BLS certification, you will be able to provide high-quality care to our residents.


Responsibilities:
  1. Provide and foster a culture of resident-centered care.
  2. Partner with residents and the Interdisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver care based on the resident's desires and clinical needs.
