Key Responsibilities
  • Front-Line Support: Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Assistance: Assist with daily operations, including tracking student progress, managing office communications, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Event Planning: Collaborate with the Adult & Transfer Center team to plan and execute events, such as resource fairs and recruitment events.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, staff, and advisors across campus to provide a seamless student experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse populations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Navigate, Slate, and Perceptive Content.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Exhibit a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role or administrative support position.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time Federal Work Study position, with a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend commitments.
