Core Responsibilities

• Demonstrate extensive coffee knowledge and exceptional brewing skills.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver friendly and personalized service to every customer.
• Consistently dial-in espresso and create beautiful latte art.
• Prepare and maintain a steady supply of brewed coffee throughout the day.
• Uphold beverage service standards, especially during peak hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Regularly taste and evaluate coffee to ensure quality standards are met.
• Build rapport with customers by remembering their names and preferences.
• Encourage a culture of collaboration and engagement among team members.
• Strive for a positive work environment that enhances co-worker satisfaction.
• Stay informed about our rotating coffee menu and member brands.
• Participate in coffee-related events and gatherings to represent our café.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive motions to operate espresso machinery.

• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds occasionally.
