Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the company's insurance products, including forms, manuals, and member policy packages, to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Prepare and submit filings to the Department of Insurance (DOI) and Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR), ensuring compliance and securing necessary approvals.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify areas for product enhancement.
- Interpret and analyze insurance forms, regulations, and statutes, providing insights and recommendations.
- Regularly review existing forms and manuals for effectiveness and compliance.
- Research external information sources to deliver accurate competitive analysis regarding rates and coverage.
- Compile and analyze market trends to inform product strategy.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure accuracy in form modifications and enhancements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while adhering to established processes and quality standards.
- Perform program audits as necessary and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S) with a minimum of three years of experience in the Property Casualty or Commercial Lines sector.
- Proficiency in I-File and SERFF.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Expertise in interpreting insurance forms and regulations, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook.
