At Assisting Hands Home Care, we are dedicated to changing the way individuals experience aging. As a Caregiver, you will offer personalized, one-on-one support to clients in their own homes, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care tailored to their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver both direct and indirect personal care to clients in a home environment.
  • Establish and nurture effective communication and professional relationships with clients, their families, and fellow team members.
  • Execute tasks as outlined in the personalized care service plan.
  • Assist clients with personal care functions as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients.
  • Remind clients to take their self-administered medications.
  • Utilize Balanced Care training to adopt a holistic approach that enhances the lives of seniors.

Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Ability to use a smartphone-based application.

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
