Job Overview

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Employment Type: Full-time, exempt

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating caregiver assignments based on their availability and the specific needs of clients.
  • Adjusting schedules as necessary and ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
  • Maintaining and updating client and caregiver schedules, including their availability and pertinent information.
  • Entering new client and employee data into our systems accurately.
  • Keeping track of employee attendance records and making necessary updates.
  • Verifying schedule accuracy for payroll and billing purposes.
  • Carrying out additional related tasks as assigned.

Ideal Candidate: The successful Scheduling Coordinator will be a proficient multi-tasker, highly organized, and an effective problem solver. Strong teamwork skills are essential.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in operating standard office equipment, including copiers, multi-line phones, computers, printers, and fax machines.
  • Prior experience in high-volume scheduling is essential, with a preference for candidates who have experience in homecare scheduling.
