Position Overview:
As a Service Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical support and maintenance for water treatment solutions across diverse client sites.
This essential position requires expertise in various technologies, including media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), de-oxygenation, electro deionization, and ultrafiltration (UF).
To excel in this role, you should possess strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, operate, and enhance equipment functionality.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration tasks.
Perform analytical assessments such as:
turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, along with various site-specific testing protocols.
Maintain and oversee chemical injection systems and ensure a steady inventory of spare parts and chemicals.
Execute troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and control systems on equipment including valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.
Document site activities and provide clients with comprehensive technical reports on services rendered.
Engage with customer management and operational teams to ensure compliance with contract specifications regarding volume and quality.
Perform additional tasks as required.
