POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for transporting guests to and from designated locations using the property's vehicle. It is essential to document all trips before and after each journey, ensuring the vehicle is parked in the appropriate area when not in use. Regular inspections of the vehicle for cleanliness and damage are required, along with checking tire pressure and fluid levels, and refueling as necessary. Any maintenance needs should be reported to the relevant personnel. All vehicle incidents, including damages and accidents, must be documented and reported to the manager or supervisor.

In addition, you will report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to your manager and complete all necessary safety training and certifications.

Adhering to company policies and procedures is crucial; maintaining a clean and professional appearance is expected, as well as ensuring the confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address their service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; and express genuine appreciation to guests.

Communicate clearly and professionally with others; exchange information with colleagues using electronic devices such as pagers, two-way radios, and email.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in various formats, including small print. Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects. Move swiftly to respond to work situations as needed. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout an entire shift.

Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects over 75 pounds with assistance.

Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as stairs and service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, which includes bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Continually utilize manual dexterity and gross motor skills, with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
