About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Nielsen Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage customer contacts through e-leads, follow-up, and lead generations to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales, and gauge customer satisfaction to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Answer customer internet inquiries by both email and phone to provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no-show customers to minimize lost sales opportunities.
  • Contact customers based on current marketing incentives to promote our products and services.
  • Follow up in manners that result in the customer visiting the dealership to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers to build trust and loyalty.
  • Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales call volume, internet leads, and call lists to meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Must be reliable and dependable to ensure consistent performance and results.
  • Outgoing personality, ability to influence customers to schedule appointments, and excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust.
  • Extremely customer service oriented to provide exceptional service and support to customers.
  • Excellent written and oral skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in previous automotive dealerships to understand the industry and our business.
  • Basic knowledge of computers to navigate our systems and tools.
