The Manager of Academic Operations will be responsible for coordinating and managing student and faculty information systems, ensuring that academic standards are upheld in alignment with our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for academic-related inquiries from students and staff.
- Maintain and update course offerings for designated academic departments.
- Process compensation for faculty involved in academic activities.
- Collaborate with faculty each semester to facilitate class logistics.
- Track student dissertation progress and assist with necessary modifications.
- Oversee course creation and management within the online teaching platform.
- Travel between various campuses as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate diverse workplace scenarios with minimal supervision.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized in managing extensive data.
- Follow-up: Proficient in following up with adjunct faculty, students, and department heads regarding academic matters.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues across operational and academic departments to address stakeholder inquiries.
- Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with students and faculty.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in higher education. A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
