The estimated hourly salary for this position is $24.50-$31.00, based on industry standards and market conditions.

Job Description

This role requires a high level of expertise and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments, including shipping, customer service, retail, and factory. You'll be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Assigning and monitoring all escalations">
  • Providing elevated customer experiences to resolve warranty concerns">
  • Partnering with different departments to resolve warranty claims">
  • Mentoring and training employees as the Escalation expert">
  • Tracking escalated customer issues daily to ensure follow-up is done on time">
  • Documenting every interaction with customers and other departments">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • 2-4 years of related experience">
  • 6+ months of experience as a warranty specialist">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills">
  • Strong attention to detail">
  • Ability to read and interpret emails thoroughly">
  • Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills">
