Senior Client Experience Manager

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client experience initiatives and shaping the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Experience Insights & Feedback
    • Analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Internal Staff Training
    • Develop and facilitate training programs aimed at improving onsite client and patient interactions.
    • Deliver in-person training sessions and gather feedback to continuously refine the curriculum.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with client experience goals.

Typical Day:

  • Create and manage surveys, ensuring effective communication with providers and clients.
  • Analyze survey data and compile insights to drive decision-making.
  • Engage in both remote and in-person meetings to facilitate training and gather feedback.

Requirements:

  • Composed with a strong sense of authority.
  • Outgoing, charming, and engaging personality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and lead initiatives with confidence.
