Position Overview

Role Summary

Associates Asset Recovery is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Vehicle Lot Coordinator within our repossession agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all post-repossession tasks, which include preparing vehicle redemptions, conducting personal property inventory and storage, and organizing vehicles for transport, alongside various administrative duties.

This role demands a high level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, and proficiency in computer operations. Candidates should possess the ability to handle tasks such as emailing, scanning, faxing, uploading images, multitasking, and demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance of the lot, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage the grounds by mowing grass, trimming trees, and removing debris.
  • Assist in filling holes and maintaining the integrity of the lot.

Workdays are primarily scheduled from Monday to Friday. Applicants must meet the following criteria: be at least 24 years old for insurance purposes, have no more than two driving infractions in the past three years, and possess a clean felony record.
