About This Role:

The Veterinary Health Center at Kansas State University is seeking a Client Services Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and patients, managing admissions, and facilitating appointments. Your excellent communication skills will be utilized daily as you act as a liaison between clients, patients, and hospital service providers.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma and one year of relevant experience. A bachelor's degree or at least two years of post-high school experience is preferred. You should have experience in clerical or office support work, training in general office practice, and proficiency in medical terminology. Computer skills, including knowledge of word processing software and medical database programs, are also essential. You will need to be able to efficiently coordinate calls on a multi-line telephone system and complete data entry in a computer system accurately and in a timely fashion.
