Job Summary

Summary: As a key member of our team, the Housekeeping Professional will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering high-quality cleaning services and responding to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing floors, as well as cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and equipment.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and other machinery.
  • Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for tasks.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in cleaning and maintenance procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies, as well as stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
