Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Summit Hospitality Group. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Strip and replace dirty linens, clean bathrooms, and perform floor care duties.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, reporting any maintenance problems or safety hazards.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a name-brand hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, and have a reliable source of transportation.
