Job Summary:

As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a clean and comfortable stay. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service
• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards
• Restock amenities and supplies in rooms
• Strip and replace dirty linens and terry
• Make beds and fold terry
• Clean bathrooms and remove trash and dirty linen
• Check appliances and straighten desk items and furniture
• Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings
• Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
• Follow company policies and procedures and report any maintenance problems or safety hazards

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping preferred
• Can-do attitude and willingness to jump-in and do assigned work in a cheerful and respectful manner
• Service-oriented style with professional presentation
• High energy and attention to detail
• Willingness to respond quickly to guest requests
• Teamwork and partnership attitude towards fellow associates and management

Work Environment:

• Flexible work schedule including availability on weekends
• Must have reliable source of transportation
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
