Job Description:

  • Provide timely support to resolve customer issues and minimize downtime.
  • Develop strong documentation skills in call-tracking systems.
  • Maintain expertise in troubleshooting non-shrink-wrap related issues.
  • Pursue ongoing knowledge of industry trends and best practices through training sessions.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Cultivate business, verbal, and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in help desk, desktop, or network administration with proficiency in client-side VPN and Citrix.
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 30 WPM.
  • Beneficial certifications include A+, NET+, MCP, MOUS, or HDI's SCA.
  • All candidates will undergo a background check and drug test.
