**Job Summary**

The Lead Cleaner is responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of cleaners, ensuring the quality of work and completing tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide guidance and motivation to team members
  • Relay communication between team members, clients, customers, and management
  • Report performance issues to the Supervisor
  • Assist with training and development of cleaning team members
  • Coordinate work assignments and schedules
  • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned buildings
  • Manage security of keys and access cards
  • Report work orders for maintenance

**Requirements:**

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No experience required, with on-the-job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • One year of similar work experience preferred
