Landscaping Crew Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Foreman to lead our commercial landscape maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of horticultural principles and a proven track record of managing teams to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

• Oversee daily operations of the landscape maintenance crew, including scheduling, routing, and workflow management.
• Ensure the quality of work meets PureGreen's standards and customer expectations.
• Train, equip, and supervise crew members to adhere to safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations manager to ensure adequate stock.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure timely and high-quality work completion.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and respond to their needs and requests.
• Communicate effectively with the PureGreen team, including sales and management personnel.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and communicate them to the sales team.

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in commercial landscaping or a similar field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of horticultural practices, including plant identification, pruning, fertilization, and pest control.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to work safely, efficiently, and effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including bending, kneeling, and reaching.
