We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Compass Group, North America. In this role, you will provide clerical support to our food service programs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidential personnel files and assist management staff in preparing employment and labor relations documents.
  • Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
  • Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer, and perform daily bank deposit reconciliation.
  • Process vendor invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bid specifications.
  • Prepare monthly state claim form for reimbursement and assist in preparation of end of month financial reports.
