Manufacturing Engineer

As a skilled Assembler with the Dover Corporation, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality products.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this position is to perform assembly operations using standard concepts on metal components and subassemblies. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities- Perform force fitting or fastening of mechanical products to meet quality standards
- Tap, drill, ream, shim, grind, test, etc. to accomplish desired fit
- Read and understand standard work rules, follow production drawings and sample assemblies
- Identify faulty parts during assembly and/or testing
- Complete repetitive & standardized process maintaining product quality & safe work practices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Four years relevant work experience or equivalent
- Meet and maintain daily production rates & goals as established and required by the company
- Able to work all scheduled and adjusted times, and or work overtime to accommodate production
- Demonstrated proficiency in English comprehension and expression both verbal and written
- Able to adjust to variable noise levels
- Able to tolerate prolonged standing and walking distances; physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive bending, reaching, and stooping motions; ability to lift up to 30 lbs
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
