Automotive Assembly Specialist

Compensation: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour
Incentives:
- Attendance Bonus: $2.00 per hour worked (Mon-Mon)
- $0.50 per hour worked (Mon-Sun)
- Travel Bonus: $0.75 per hour worked (up to 40 hours) for those residing outside a 25-mile radius from the facility.
Position Overview:
DXE is in search of motivated individuals for production roles. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong attendance and a solid work ethic. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Basic mathematical skills are essential.
- Assemble products on the production line.
- Oversee the production workflow.
- Capable of standing, walking, squatting, and stooping for shifts lasting 8-12 hours.
- Engage in rapid and repetitive machine-paced tasks.
- Follow detailed written instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
