Job Description

This role requires a skilled PR & Channel Marketing Manager to execute our US marketing and communications plan and grow our US business. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing to develop and implement public relations strategies, support channel partners with co-marketing initiatives, manage media relations, and create engaging content for various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Public Relations:
    • Create and execute comprehensive PR campaigns from start to finish, including strategy, implementation, and evaluation
    • Draft high-quality brand content, such as press releases, article drafting, press kits, infographics, pitch notes, invitations, blog posts, and awards applications
    • Drive earned media coverage centered around our product line through event engagements and new product launches
    • Cultivate strong national media relationships and brand partnerships in the U.S., while supporting our Global team with worldwide PR efforts
  • Channel Marketing:
    • Closely collaborate with channel partners to establish effective co-marketing strategies and campaigns
    • Develop and deliver 'for partner marketing' brand positioning, strategy, and integration into campaigns through owned, earned, and paid channels
    • Develop channel-specific strategies in conjunction with upcoming product launches
    • Define measurement plans and frameworks, aligning measurement approaches with desired campaign objectives and utilizing data-driven methodologies for analysis and improvement across all marketing channels
    • Pursue opportunities to collaborate across U.S. and Global teams, connecting like-activities, mutually beneficial scenarios, and interconnected strategies to simplify and drive success
  • Event Marketing:
    • Support our U.S. team with pre-and-post marketing communications strategies for events
  • Content Writing:
    • Support our U.S. & Global teams with social, web/blog, and print content consistent with our brand voice

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related course of study
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Public Relations, handling corporate brands, with agency experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of B2B marketing and communications
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone to suit different audiences
  • Able to craft compelling PR presentations to present campaigns from concept to launch and post-launch activities
  • Ability to define and track performance metrics
  • Passion for technology, interest in robotics products, and knowledge of logistics (a plus)
  • Flexibility and ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced, multicultural, and multilingual environment
  • Availability for travel (trade shows, video shoots, etc.)

Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
