We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Control Account Manager to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for managing one or more technical control accounts on the Common Hypersonic Glide Body (CHGB) program.
Key Responsibilities- Direct technical/functional resources to perform work and communicate with functional managers across each control account.
- Enter monthly inputs in the Leidos EVM tool (LENS), including changes related to integrated master schedule (IMS) status, baseline change requests (BCRs), estimate to complete (ETC), and variance analysis reporting (VAR).
- Review and analyze EVM data at the work package (WP) and control account (CA) level, providing inputs to the scheduler for schedule risk analysis.
- Participate in the proposal process by providing schedule, cost, and resource inputs, and lead discussions in definition of scope for the respective CAs and decomposition of discrete, deliverable-oriented, tasking.
- Provide inputs to the risk review board and review, approve, and disseminate work authorizations through the program's lifecycle and baseline control process.
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience in project management, CAM, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Prior success with managing multiple priorities and meeting strict business calendar due dates to maintain EVMS deliverables.
- Experience with providing integrated master schedule (IMS) development and critical path management (CPM), estimate to complete (ETC), and estimate at complete (EAC).
- Experience with baseline change control processes, monthly schedule status processes, and presenting IBR materials and answering CAM interview questions.
- US Citizenship Required - All candidates must be able to obtain and maintain at least a Secret clearance.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Earned Value Profession (EVP) certification.
- Prior experience with managing manufacturing scope and intermediate to advanced knowledge of using tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
