Position Overview:


Located in Brentwood, the Global Tax Compliance Manager will supervise a diverse portfolio of domestic and international legal entities, centralizing the overall tax operations.

This role necessitates oversight of both domestic and international income tax compliance, along with the management of domestic transactional and property tax.

Expertise in US GAAP for consolidated and separate entities, as well as SOX risk management and transfer pricing for global transactions, is essential.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting:
    Preparation and review of the Group's consolidated income tax accruals for quarterly and annual SEC filings (10Q and 10K).
    Assist with quarterly and annual tax footnotes for financial statements and ensure documentation and review of tax department financial controls under Sarbanes-Oxley.
    Operation and maintenance of the OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) software for compiling and computing quarterly and annual income tax accruals.
    Maintain all separate company G/L income tax accrual accounts across the Group, collaborating with local finance teams to obtain quarterly data and propose necessary adjustments.
  • Income Tax Compliance:
    Coordinate with tax compliance teams for the preparation of annual U.S. Federal and State income tax returns.
    Monitor all international income tax filings and prepare return to provision reconciliations for integration into U.S. GAAP books.
    Assist with any federal, state, local, and international income tax and transfer pricing audits.
  • Additional Duties:
    Oversee all domestic Sales & Use and Property Tax filings, as well as audits, while streamlining tax processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of relevant financial and tax experience
CPA license preferred
Experience with OTP and NetSuite is advantageous.
