Your Role as an Automotive Service Technician:
- Conduct thorough diagnostics and comprehensive automotive troubleshooting.
- Perform road tests to verify the quality of repairs.
- Engage with service advisors to update them on service progress and estimated completion times.
- Continuously enhance your technical knowledge through formal training to keep pace with evolving automotive technologies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- Prior automotive experience is essential; ASE certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within the service department.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
