Position Overview:
The Lifelong Connections Coach (LCC) plays a crucial role in helping clients build and strengthen enduring relationships that contribute to their long-term success. Collaborating as a team, the LCC ensures that all interactions are goal-oriented and clinically sound. Responsibilities may include: providing clinical support to individuals and families, facilitating or leading group sessions, identifying client strengths, and developing support networks to help overcome challenges. Additionally, the LCC will offer education and guidance to foster structure, routines, effective parenting techniques, and positive communication skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related discipline
- A minimum of two years of experience in human services or a related field, with direct experience working with children and families
- Valid driver's license and insured transportation required
- Background and driving record checks are mandatory prior to employment.
Compensation: $17-$20 per hour
