**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and present high-quality banquet foods, including hot and cold dishes, to meet the expectations of our discerning guests.
  • Train and supervise Banquet Cooks in the preparation and presentation of banquet foods.
  • Meet specified quality standards to ensure exceptional service and presentation.
  • Review banquet function sheets daily to establish work detail lists for Banquet cooks.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of provisions in the Kitchen and establish programs to minimize waste and pilferage.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum four years of experience in food preparation, including two years in preparation of banquet foods.
  • Some supervisory experience preferred.
  • English fluency required. Spanish language ability helpful.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with high-quality standards for production and service.
  • Courteous, friendly manner with good team player skills.
  • Able to work productively with little supervision, trustworthy, and reliable.
