The role is pivotal in overseeing the daily management of scheduled events, which encompasses planning, organizing, and coordinating resources and vendors as required.

This position demands an individual capable of effectively navigating various fast-paced environments, including warehouses and off-site locations.

The ideal candidate will be able to perform tasks both autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating a willingness to learn, flexibility in scheduling, and availability to work during weekends and holidays.

Maintaining a positive demeanor, possessing excellent verbal communication skills, and demonstrating exceptional spatial awareness are essential traits.

This individual should be organized, adaptable to changes and new circumstances, and capable of safely operating construction tools and equipment.

Employees are expected to adhere to any additional job-related instructions and perform other job-related duties as requested by authorized personnel.


Key Responsibilities:
Event planning – coordination and management of resources, personnel, and event budgets.
Supervise event personnel to ensure compliance with safety standards and completion of tasks to the satisfaction of upper management.

Train event specialists on the proper use and assembly of equipment, including staging platforms, truss structures, large tents, and more.

Serve as the primary contact for interactions between the events team and promotional staff.
Coordinate job responsibilities of personnel during events.
Construct and dismantle various event equipment and structures.
Provide comprehensive event recaps, including activations and staff performance evaluations.
Maintain, service, and clean equipment, workspaces, and vehicles.

Enhance brand visibility by fostering engaging interactions between the brand, consumers, and lifestyle, thereby generating a positive brand image for Monster Beverage Corp.

Safely secure, load, and unload trucks.
Must be capable of working in diverse settings (warehouse, off-site, office) and under varying weather conditions.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in event production, management, and activation or a related field.
Detail-oriented with the ability to understand complex concepts and execute decisively.
Strong planning, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel up to 60-90%.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs.
Flexibility and proficiency in multitasking.
Strong attention to detail.
Self-starter with exceptional time management abilities.
Experience with inventory management systems.
Ability to physically participate in the construction and assembly of event structures.

Compensation:
Base pay range: $75,500 - $90,000 (+)
