Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the end-to-end business intelligence for new and evolving talent products, proprietary to Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to translate business issues into actionable insights
  • Develop and execute advanced analytics to drive talent insights and inform business decisions
  • Design and implement data capture and measurement strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Drive a roadmap from descriptive to predictive analytics, automating routine tasks and enabling self-service for key stakeholders
  • Work closely with peers and stakeholders to access, transform, and analyze large datasets from various sources
  • Develop and present compelling data visualizations and insights to non-technical audiences
  • Apply statistical techniques, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis, to drive business insights
  • Compile results in a concise and actionable format, sharing findings with senior leadership
  • Design and implement processes to scale fast and accurate on-demand and ad-hoc data/analytical requests for leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL and data manipulation
  • Experience programming to extract, transform, and clean large datasets
  • Experience with design of experiments and statistical analysis of results
  • Experience with AWS technologies and scripting for automation
  • Experience with information retrieval, data science, machine learning, and data mining

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $117,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $202,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
