Rapid Fire Home Buyers is in search of a dedicated full-time professional to fill the role of a Property Acquisition Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate purchase agreements with prospective sellers.
  • Conduct property evaluations and attend seller meetings.

  • Engage in outbound prospecting with a target of over 100 calls daily.
  • Convert incoming leads into scheduled appointments and contracts.
  • Participate in networking events to expand client base.
  • Conduct marketing and sales initiatives outside the office.
  • Utilize the company CRM, Salesforce, to manage a database of potential clients.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities for profitability.
  • Provide daily updates on sales activities to management.
  • Meet and exceed established sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

  • Availability for full-time work with some flexibility in scheduling.
  • Proven success in sales is preferred.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Exceptional skills in selling both over the phone and in person.
