Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate purchase agreements with prospective sellers.
- Conduct property evaluations and attend seller meetings.
- Prepare detailed estimates for repair costs.
- Engage in outbound prospecting with a target of over 100 calls daily.
- Convert incoming leads into scheduled appointments and contracts.
- Participate in networking events to expand client base.
- Conduct marketing and sales initiatives outside the office.
- Utilize the company CRM, Salesforce, to manage a database of potential clients.
- Evaluate investment opportunities for profitability.
- Provide daily updates on sales activities to management.
- Meet and exceed established sales quotas.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Availability for full-time work with some flexibility in scheduling.
- Proven success in sales is preferred.
- Must pass a background check.
- Exceptional skills in selling both over the phone and in person.
