Tax Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert tax guidance and support to our clients, helping them navigate complex tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized tax advice and support
- Conduct tax interviews and prepare tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws
- Provide tax planning and audit support, helping clients minimize tax liabilities and maximize refunds
- Stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our tax services
- 5+ years of tax experience, with a strong background in individual and business tax returns
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex tax laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
