After School Enrichment Program Facilitator

The YMCA of Central Texas is a dynamic organization seeking a passionate and skilled individual to lead our after school enrichment programs in Leander, TX. This exciting opportunity will focus on creating, implementing, and delivering engaging enrichment programs to children.
The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for working with children and a love for arts, cooking, or science. Our enrichment programs include art, dance, STEAM, cooking, Spanish, and robotics, with opportunities to expand as needed. This role requires the ability to teach basic skills, uphold the values, and mission of the YMCA, and build strong relationships with children, parents, and community members.
As an Enrichment Program Facilitator, you will work up to 20 hours per week preparing for and leading enrichment activities, as well as supporting the YMCA after school and camp programs. An exceptional ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities is essential.

Skills and Requirements:
- Age 18 or older and a high school diploma or equivalent
- A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a similar role
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Able to provide own transportation and willing to travel to different school locations within Leander ISD
