Associate Veterinarian Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our team at Firehouse Animal Health Centers in Austin. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality veterinary care to patients, utilizing the latest advances in diagnostics and treatment.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base, providing exceptional customer service and building trust with pet owners.
  • Promote a Fear-free environment for patients and support training for our team members.
  • Champion the practice's objectives and values, inspiring others to do the same.
  • Follow established policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and efficiently handling caseloads.
  • Prioritize traumatic injuries and serious illnesses, ensuring timely care for all animals.
  • Educate clients on preventive care, including vaccinations, heartworm treatments, and flea and tick control.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
  • State Veterinary Board License in good standing.
