Position: Executive AssistantWe are looking for an Executive Assistant to deliver high-level administrative support to our executive team, focusing primarily on the President/CEO, while also assisting the CFO and VP of Operations. This role may require flexibility to work beyond standard business hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for executives
- Facilitate internal and external meetings, manage executive calendars
- Oversee financial responsibilities including expense reports and invoices
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare and format documents for communication
- Compile reports and distribute minutes from meetings
- Screen incoming calls and manage correspondence
- Proactively address and support the needs of executives
- Organize corporate events and meetings
