Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing high-level paralegal support to the Legal Department, focusing on transactional matters and executive-level support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all stages of corporate transactions, including project management, drafting closing deliverables, and organizing closings and post-closing transactions.
  • Provide proactive support services to attorneys, driving efficient and effective legal services throughout the company.
  • Support preparation of board and committee meeting minutes, resolutions, and board books.
  • Maintain company subsidiaries with respect to filings, annual meetings, and other legal and corporate formalities.
  • Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) requests with oversight of attorneys.
  • Manage contract management and contract preparation.
  • Support establishment and maintenance of branch offices.
  • Draft presentations, reports, and special projects; prepare responses to material matters for signature.
  • Maintain and keep current international and US and state filings.
  • Draft and manage Powers of Attorney.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience as a corporate legal department or law firm paralegal.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage complex and varied workloads and prioritize workloads.
  • Undergraduate degree from a 4-year accredited institution and a strong academic background preferred.
  • Must be able to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility with schedule.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with attorneys and other personnel.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $127,500

Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, relevant experience/level, and skillset.
