Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate CNA to provide resident care in accordance with individualized plans of care. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Develop strong communication skills, maintaining respectful and empathetic relationships with residents, families, and healthcare colleagues.
  • Participate in education and training programs, enhancing your knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

  • New York State certification or equivalent as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA).
  • Clinical experience gained through an approved 100-hour nurse aide course.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions: This role requires regular standing, walking, and lifting of residents. Normal heat, light space, and safe working conditions are typical of most office jobs. Intermittent exposure to unpleasant physical conditions may be expected.
