Position Overview

The Spartan Group is a prominent network of automotive dealerships, encompassing 13 new vehicle outlets and a standalone used vehicle facility across multiple western states. We are seeking a dedicated Executive Controller to oversee our financial operations. This role will report directly to the Vice President/Partner and will be situated in our Executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dealership accounting functions with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with various computer systems, with a preference for R&R and CDK.
  • Maintain a meticulous approach to detail in all financial reporting.
  • Identify and resolve financial discrepancies effectively.


As a multi-state organization, travel may be required for executive responsibilities.
