Employee Benefits Client Account Specialist

The Client Account Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, vendors, and teammates by providing exceptional internal and external service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and process new and renewal business within established timelines and quality standards.
- Analyze client needs through research and determine the most appropriate course of action.
- Provide timely information to clients, including plan details, rates, contributions, and carrier contacts.
- Set up policy notebooks for delivery to clients and assemble proposals and presentations for client and prospect meetings.
- Demonstrate positive, motivated behavior and provide support and guidance through teamwork and communication.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and project skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and achieve timely completion of critical activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Life and Health Insurance License.
- Five years of industry-specific experience.
Benefits:
TIH Insurance offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan. Regular teammates working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of TIH Insurance offering the position.
