Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Reports: Create intuitive monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports to support project management and operations initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to identify, validate, and implement requirements for developing requested reports.
  • Analyze Project Data: Analyze project data to assist with developing cost schedules, meeting performance metrics, and keeping projects within budget.
  • Develop Dynamic Templates: Create dynamic templates and tools that aid in the operations of ongoing project management functions.
  • Produce Project Variance Reports: Produce project variance reports and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are on track.
  • Prepare Forecast and Cost Trend Reports: Prepare forecast and cost trend reports to support project management and operations initiatives.
  • Develop and Update Progress Curves: Develop and update progress curves for new and existing performance metrics.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Ensure data is properly managed for all projects, implementing solutions when quality issues arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Two years of experience in a project management environment.
  • Skills: Familiarity with various project management frameworks and methodologies, both waterfall and agile. Expert or advanced skill level in Microsoft applications, especially Excel. Intermediate knowledge of Visual Basic. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI-CAPM), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or the ability to obtain certification within nine months of hire.
