Job Summary

This entry-level position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of finished products from packing tables to the conveyor system. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, mathematical proficiency, and the ability to work systematically under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and stack finished products on packing tables.
  • Bag products and place bags on the conveyor system.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure product quality.
  • Report any noticeable changes in quality to the Lead Operator or Supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate counts of bags packed and trays used.
  • Conduct food safety and defense self-inspections and report deficiencies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and mathematical proficiency.
  • Ability to work systematically under deadlines.
