We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of employees, including scheduling shifts, delegating duties, and providing training and development opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any customer concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that food preparations and services meet McDonald's quality standards and adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
- Operate equipment such as grills, fryers, and drink dispensers.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.
- Responsible for the development of employees, including providing feedback on their performance and coaching them to improve their skills.
- Manage money counts, register activity, bank deposits, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old.
- Must be serve safe certified.
- Must have completed one department manager training.
- Must have completed developing the leader in me, class.
- Available to work a minimum of 35hrs/week.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be permitted to work in the US.
- Have availability in the mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
- Prior experience in a management role is a plus, but not required.
