We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at the Golisano Center for Special Needs. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to our patients and their families in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform admission history and physical exams, daily sick call, and collaborate with the team for patients admitted to our inpatient unit.
- Provide outpatient treatment and evaluation of developmental patients at the Golisano Center for Special Needs.
- Train staff on plans and protocols, ensuring a safe transition of care.
- Respond to emergencies and demonstrate compassion for underserved populations.
NYS licensed/registered NP or PA required. Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant & current National Certification consistent to the clinical practice also required. Have a NPI number and be Medicare enrolled with a Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) (or eligible for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire.
CPR-BLS Certification required at the time of appointment.
Preferred Qualifications:Pediatric and development experience preferred.
Work Schedule:Monday through Friday, No call or weekends
