Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider Manager

Hematology Oncology Associates of CNY is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Advanced Practice Providers, ensuring seamless patient care and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of Advanced Practice Providers, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and social workers.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other leadership team members to develop and implement strategic plans for the organization.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to Advanced Practice Providers to ensure they meet the organization's standards.
  • Develop and implement educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with current licensure in New York State.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in oncology as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to ensure compliance.
